SEMINAR ON SOY OIL PRODUCTION, FUNCTIONALITY AND HEALTH

       Seminar on Soy Oil Production, Functionality and Health organized by the United States Soybean Export Council (USSEC) helped explore and gain a deeper understanding of the sustainability, processing, functional and health benefits of Soybean Oil, brought by American soybeans, as well as applied to the development of processed foods. In parallel, there was a culinary performance by super chefs, using US soybeans to create dishes with the colors of 6 countries: Vietnam, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, and America.
