• Cooking Competition with U.S. Chicken Ingredients at MM Mega Market Vietnam

On August 11, 2023, a Cooking Competition using U.S. Chicken ingredients took place at Mega Market An Phu. The event featured 16 amateur chefs who were students from universities and vocational training centers such as: HUTECH University, the Asian-European Vocational Training Center and the Saigon Tourist Hospitality and Tourism Vocational School.

The competition was organized by the U.S.A. Poultry & Egg Export Council (USAPEEC), a non-profit organization representing the U.S. poultry and egg export industry. Its mission is to promote trade and advertise U.S. poultry and egg products. Through this competition, USAPEEC aims to create a healthy platform for culinary students and trainees from universities and vocational schools in Ho Chi Minh City. It serves as a venue for future chefs to showcase their cooking skills and creativity by crafting unique dishes made from U.S. chicken as the main ingredient, combined with Janbee Soybean Oil to create delicious and highly nutritious meals.
