Manufacture

For Janbee Corporation, product quality must be assessed and implemented at the source. That is, it must be organized and implemented according to standard procedures right at the raw material area. From there, it is brought back to the factory for production and supply, then it can be called: STANDARD QUALITY.

SOYBEAN OIL PRODUCTION

HARVEST & IMPORT

We import high quality soybeans from the US and South America to Vietnam, preserving them according to international standards in the Silo system of the Janbee factory, supplied by Italy and Canada. The quality of soybeans is recognized by the FDA.

RAW MATERIALS PROCESSING

At the factory, soybeans are processed: hulled, dehumidified, ground, and heated to prepare them for the next stage.

OIL EXTRACTION

Raw materials are passed through the EXTRACTION system to extract soybean oil in stage 1.

NANO TECHNOLOGY

Oil in phase 1 is neutralized using Nano technology (the only modern technology in Vietnam as of 2024).

REFINING and DEODORIZATION

Crude soybean oil is refined and deodorized at 250°C in the DEODORIZER TOWER to produce REFINED SOYBEAN OIL.

PACK

Finally, refined SOYBEAN OIL is packaged on a 100% automatic production line using Robots supplied by Germany & Italy, ready to reach consumers for the domestic and export markets.
