Manufacture

For Janbee Corporation, product quality must be evaluated and implemented at the source. That means the standard process must be organized right at the raw material area. From there, when brought to the factory for production and supply, that is called: STANDARD QUALITY.

SOYBEAN OIL PRODUCTION

HARVEST & IMPORT

From plump soybeans harvested in fields planted with high technology standards of the USA and South America – We import them to Vietnam and preserve them according to international standards in an indoor Silo system. Soybean quality recognized by FDA.

RAW MATERIAL PROCESSING

At the factory, soybeans are processed: handling shells, separating moisture, grinding, raising heat, etc.

OIL EXTRACTION

Then this material is passed through the EXTRACTION system to extract Soybean Oil in stage 1.

NANO TECHNOLOGY

After extracting Soybean Oil in stage 1, they are transferred to the NANO NEUTRALIZATION system (Nano neutralization) – Here , Stage 1 soybean oil will be neutralized using NANO technology (the only modern technology in Vietnam until 2024).

REFINING & DEODORIZATION

After the oil is neutralized, it produces CRUDE SOYEN OIL – Crude soybean oil after neutralization will be transferred to the REFINED plant and passed through the deodorizing tower (DEODORIZER TOWER) at a temperature of 250 degrees Celsius to complete the process.

PACKAGING

Finally produces ESSENTIAL SOYEN OIL. After that, the Refined Soybean OIL will go through the packaging line (Italy) to complete the product and deliver it to consumers.
